Chub Rub Seasoning Vegetables


• 1 pound of mixed vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and zucchini

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil

• 1 tablespoon of your favorite Chub Rub seasoning


- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

- In a mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, and Chub Rub seasoning. Make sure the vegetables are well coated with the seasoning.

- Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
